We are excited to announce that our Nutrition Coach, Rae Anne Mullins, will be hosting two upcoming Nutrition Workshops and programs. Rae Anne Mullins is a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition and Metabolic Effect and has been coaching people for over 20 years. Rae Anne's nutrition approach is straightforward and easy to follow and implement. Rae Anne specializes in helping people with autoimmune diseases and pre-diabetes. You may recognize Rae Anne as one of our cycle class instructors!
Our First Nutrition workshop will be on Saturday, March 11, at 1-3 PM in our Group Fitness Room.
This 2-Hour Workshop will teach you the fundamentals of nutrition. When you leave this workshop, you will understand how to create a balanced plate, determine appropriate portion sizes, learn how to increase energy, reduce energy dips throughout the day and improve your body composition and health.
You will leave with a workbook full of simple-to-follow nutrition information so that you can create your own nutrition plan. If you are interested in learning even more and getting a personalized nutrition plan and accountability, you will be invited to join Rae Anne's 6-Week Nutrition Program starting March 13.
If you are unable to attend our March session, we will be hosting another workshop with Coach Rae Anne on Sunday, April 23rd, from 1 PM-3 PM.
