With Nancy & Cristina! Pilates focuses on the lower body and the core, developing flexibility and strength from the floor up! Is suitable for beginners and intermediates alike.

Tai Chi

With Michael Moore! Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that helps maintain strength, flexibility and balance. It is also described as 'meditation in motion'. There is evidence to show that engaging in this ancient Chinese practice has many health benefits including decreased stress, better sleep, improved heart health and cognitive improvements.


With Laureen Haviland! Finding a little sliver of tranquility and stillness in your everyday life is just one of the small blissful benefits created with a steady yoga practice. This practice not only strengthens the body by developing flexibility and defining muscle tone, but it also allows the mind to calm by releasing stress and alleviating tension. This class is for ALL levels and focuses on your individual needs, honoring the body, and preventing injury through a steady flow.

Yoga Strength

With Laureen Haviland! This class will focus on holding poses to build strength and stamina while incorporating balance and dynamic movement. We will use a blend of styles such as Yin and Ashtanga, with options to modify to meet you at your level whilst offering the intensity to challenge you.

Chair Yoga

With Jane Pratt! Chair yoga is like regular yoga, as it includes both sitting & standing poses, but enhanced with a chair for added stability. Particularly suited for adults with limitations who find traditional yoga exercises on the floor too challenging, chair yoga is gentle, with comfortable transitions and instructions given for a varying range of abilities. No yoga experience is necessary – this class focuses on yoga’s many benefits, including fundamental yoga poses, alignment principles, breathing and developing core muscle strength and flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

With Beatrice Kwok! This is a more of a passive, meditative form of yoga that helps you to focus on your breath whilst releasing tension in your body. We will be using blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks so if you plan to attend this class, and have these items please feel free to bring your own. We have limited supplies of these things initially, so would encourage you to bring and use your own!!


With Sandy! Features a scientifically-backed combination of simple yoga moves, with some elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. The moves are carefully curated to strengthen your entire body and increase flexibility, and it’s all set to the perfect music to unwind to – so it’s easy to forget that you’re challenging your body and changing it for the better.
