2025 Spring Flag Football League Information
There are 7 guaranteed games. We take the time to make player evaluations before forming teams in an effort to create a competitive balance. Teammate and coach requests are always considered first!
Important Dates
Early Registration: December 13th - January 17th
Final Registration Deadline: January 18th - February 21st
Youth Flag Eval Date: February 23rd
1st - 2nd grade 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
3rd - 4th grade 2:15 PM - 3:15 PM
5th - 6th grade & 7th - 8th grade 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Teams will be finalized after evaluations and rosters will be sent out to coaches prior to their first
practice. Players will still be placed on a team if they are unable to attend evaluations.
1st Week of Practices: March 10th
1st Weekend of Games: March 22nd and March 23rd
NO Games: April 19th & 20th (Easter Weekend) and May 24th & May 25th (Memorial Day
Weekend)
Final Weekend of Games: May 17th & May 18th OR May 31st & June 1st
- The final weekend of games will depend on registration numbers and weekends
necessary to complete every division’s playoff bracket.
Practices
Practice time slots are limited this Spring. Practice time slots are handed out to volunteer head
coaches on a first come first serve basis. If you plan on coaching and want to practice at
Proehlific, please reserve your practice time slot as soon as possible.

Games
1st-2nd and 3rd-4th grade division games will take place on Saturdays.
- There is a chance you may have a game on a Sunday if there is a need to have double
headers based on registration numbers. Championship weekend may also lead to a
game being played on a Sunday
5th-6th and 7th-8th grade division games will take place on Sundays.

1st-2nd Grade Coed Division 7 v 7
3rd-4th Grade Coed Division 8 v 8
5th-6th Grade Coed Division 8 v 8
7th-8th Grade Coed Division 8 v 8
*Players are NOT allowed to play down an age division*

Late Registration
IMPORTANT: Emphasis on timely registration to ensure you are able to join a team. Last Spring
we reached our league’s registration capacity. Please register on time to ensure we can fulfill
your requests. Late Registration is NOT guaranteed and will be based on the space available in
each age group. You may be placed on a waitlist for late registration.

Late Registration Price: $220
*NO REFUNDS: This spring, the league will have a NO REFUND/NO CREDIT policy for the
league's duration.
VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED
Every season we need coaches who love kids and youth sports. No coaching experience is
necessary, but basic knowledge of football is needed.
