Our Partnership With Greensboro Field Hockey Brings an Exciting Sport to Our Fields
Through our close partnership with Greensboro Field Hockey, we're proud to be able to offer coaching and playing opportunities for players as young as five all the way through adulthood! Most of our players join us starting in Middle School or High School and continue playing on our teams up until they go to college - but we're always happy to invite our adult alumni and friends back on the field.
We welcome players of all backgrounds, ages, and experience levels, both male and female, and we strive to share the love of this sport with everyone in the Triad!

Elementary & Middle School Teams
Our Elementary & Middle School teams are a great way to enter into this sport with no experience. We'll teach the fundamentals of field hockey while making sure that we emphasize the FUN in play.
High School Teams
Our High School teams are typically made up of more experienced players, but that doesn't mean that beginners can't get started here, too! Our training for these teams has more of a focus on higher level skills and even some tricks, but we make sure to make time to review the basics in order to never leave out the foundation of the sport. This is a popular team for people looking to pursue field hockey further in their college career.
Adult Teams
Field Hockey has made its way into popular pass-times for adults across the country and our group has managed to send representatives to the National Championship every year since its inauguration. But you don't have to be an expert to get started. Our teams are intermixed with veterans and beginners all excited to get moving. (We even have players who hold the world record for the longest marathon field hockey match - 51 hours!)
