Total Body Bootcamp

With Kathy Hill! This challenging class is designed to burn calories and build strength and endurance using a combination of free weights, cardio exercises and circuit training. Structured to suit all levels, this class encourages team building and creates a supportive environment to help people enhance their fitness routines.

Sweat

With Courtney Schroyer! Best be described as a low-to-medium intensity level class that will challenge you by using equipment to improve strength and cardio fitness. Balance and core exercises will also be included in this great workout program!

HIIT and Sculpt

With Rae Anne Mullins! A total body class based on intervals of full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body. Mobility required (walking/running). HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout.

Cycle

With Rae Anne Mullins and Sandy Land! A workout designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Cycle is a class designed to get you a muscle building, heart pumping good time!
