Fit Miss is a program designed just for girls to join together each week and help each other learn and grow into strong young women. Fit Miss promotes the idea of developing the whole child, physically, socially, and emotionally through a multi-faceted wellness program. Each week we will focus on one particular exercise style, one nutrition topic and one component of character development. At the end of each class the girls will have a chance to make notes to themselves in their journals; documenting important topics, how they related to them, and how it makes them feel. The result is educating a young group of girls on how to be physically fit and emotionally secure.

Week 6: Cheerleading – Dairy – Cyberbullying

Week 7: Boot Camp – Sweets and Sugars – Team Work/ Good Sportsmanship

Week 8: Spa Day – Loco for Local – Rest and Relaxation

  • 1 Hour Fit Miss Class - each week focusing on a topic of interest
  • Notebook with Weekly Handouts for each girl
  • Pink Bandana to wear during class and healthy snacks each week
