Cardio Fit - With Emma Skelton! A low impact, higher intensity cardio workout that incorporates 30 minutes of retro style aerobics with weights and core strengthening exercises.

Line Dancing - With Leigh Hamilton! Want to get some cardio and have fun doing it? Dancing is a great way to stay fit and agile. Join us each Friday at 11:00 as we learn and practice a line dance routine.

Silver Sneakers® - With Emma Skelton and Jenny Brace! Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Tai Chi - With Richard and Michael! Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that helps maintain strength, flexibility and balance. It is also described as 'meditation in motion'. There is evidence to show that engaging in this ancient Chinese practice has many health benefits including decreased stress, better sleep, improved heart health and cognitive improvements.

Yoga - With Laureen Haviland! Finding a little sliver of tranquility and stillness in your everyday life is just one of the small blissful benefits created with a steady yoga practice. This practice not only strengthens the body by developing flexibility and defining muscle tone, but it also allows the mind to calm by releasing stress and alleviating tension. This class is for ALL levels and focuses on your individual needs, honoring the body, and preventing injury through a steady flow.

Chair Yoga - Chair yoga is like regular yoga, as it includes both sitting & standing poses, but enhanced with a chair for added stability.  Particularly suited for adults with limitations who find traditional yoga exercises on the floor too challenging, chair yoga is gentle, with comfortable transitions and instructions given for a varying range of abilities. No yoga experience is necessary – this class focuses on yoga’s many benefits, including fundamental yoga poses, alignment principles, breathing and developing core muscle strength and flexibility.
