Proehlific Park offers organized adult pick-up games for Pickle Ball FREE for members! We have 4 pickleball courts set up Monday-Friday for games. Feel free to drop in and play a competitive game, or just for fun. We have all skill levels playing everyday! Tuesday and Thursday we offer a dedicated court for those just learning to play.

 PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENTS

The last Friday of each month we organize a pickleball tournament. All are welcome to participate, we offer both a beginner/friendly bracket and a advanced/competitive bracket. Then once a quarter we follow the tournament with lunch. Each tournament will follow a different style with partner selection and type of format. Open To All – FREE for Members; $5 Drop In Guest Fee. SPECIAL EVENT

Friday June 7th 8am-5pm

Proehlific Park is excited to partner with the Greensboro Police Department to host an event to raise money and awareness for the Special Olympics. This all day pickleball tournament will be a one of a kind event with 32 Teams in morning Beginner/Intermediate Level & 32 Teams in afternoon Intermediate/Advanced Level. $60/team includes t-shirts & trophy for champions. All proceeds go to Special Olympics. Register by May 15th and use discount code "Pickle" for $10 off entry fee. BEGINNER?INTERMEDIATE: This division is for those looking to to play for fun, just learning to play the game, and has basic knowledge of the scoring and rules. Knows where to stand on the court during serve, receive of serve, and general play. Has some basic stroke skills, backhand, forehand, volley or just wants to play for fun. Suggested ranked level 3.0 and below.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED: This Division is for those looking for a competitive game. The players demonstrate a broad knowledge of the rules and strategies of the game, get a majority of serves "in". Works with partners in communicating, covering court, moving to net. Has additional shot skills, power, flat, spin, dink, lob. Suggested ranked level 3.5 and above.

We will play a compass draw tournament format with each team playing at least 3 games.

9am First round of games start *games will be played every 15 min

12pm Mornings games end
