Kickboxing is an excellent form of cardiovascular exercise and has been shown to improve participants’ resting heart rate as well as building overall fitness. Sparring and Kickboxing combinations also help to increase upper body strength and greater balance, core strength and mobility.
Kickboxing, like other forms of exercise, helps improve mood, self-esteem and is a ton of fun!!!
