An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2019
This combination class will have you spending 30 to 40 minutes on the bike for an amazing cardio workout, and finishing up with core work from your shoulders down to your glutes. Modifications will be explained throughout the class making it an ideal core class for anyone at any level of fitness. If you want to get STRONG, you will need a Solid CORE! targeted for cyclist.
