Boot Camp OCR is a strength and endurance workout focused on functional movements using fun pieces of equipment such as sandbags, tires, buckets, and much more. Led by Jenny Brace (Spartan Obstacle Course Race World Championship Qualifier, Spartan Obstacle Course Race North American Championship Qualifier, Spartan Obstacle Course Race First Place Age Group Winner), this obstacle course racing boot camp will challenge you to overcome various physical and mental challenges just like your favorite mud run.
